1البيانات التي نجمعهاData we collect

عند استخدامك Osra AI نجمع حداً أدنى من البيانات التقنية اللازمة لتشغيل الخدمة، لا تشمل إنشاء ملف تعريف شخصي، ومنها:When you use Osra AI we collect a minimal set of technical data required to operate the service — it does not include building a personal profile — such as:

• بيانات الجلسة: معرّفات مؤقتة مرتبطة بجلسة الاستخدام لتنظيم المحادثات وتشغيلها.Session data: temporary identifiers tied to your usage session to organize and run conversations.
• عنوان IP: يُستخدم لأغراض أمنية تقنية مثل منع الإساءة وضمان استقرار الخدمة.IP address: used for technical security purposes such as abuse prevention and service stability.
• نوع المتصفح ونظام التشغيل: لضمان توافق الواجهة مع جهازك.Browser & OS type: to ensure the interface works correctly on your device.
• أوقات الطلبات: سجلات تقنية لأوقات الاستخدام لرصد الأداء واستكشاف الأعطال.Request timestamps: technical logs of usage times to monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.

2أغراض معالجة البياناتPurposes of processing

نستخدم البيانات المجمّعة حصراً للأغراض التشغيلية التالية:The collected data is used strictly for the following operational purposes:

• تشغيل الخدمة وتقديم ردود فورية على طلباتك.Operating the service and delivering real-time responses to your requests.
• إدارة الجلسات والحفاظ على استمرارية تجربتك أثناء الاستخدام.Managing sessions and keeping your experience continuous while in use.
• ضمان استقرار الخدمة ومراقبة جودة الأداء التقني.Ensuring service stability and monitoring technical performance quality.

3التخزين والاحتفاظ بالبياناتData storage & retention

نلتزم بمبدأ تقليل البيانات إلى الحد الضروري. تُحفظ السجلات التقنية للمدة اللازمة لتحقيق أغراض التشغيل والأمن الموضّحة أعلاه فقط، ثم تُحذف أو تُجهَّل هويتها بشكل دوري. بيانات تفضيلاتك (كاللغة والمظهر) تُخزَّن محلياً في متصفحك ولا تُرسل إلى خوادمنا إلا عند الضرورة التشغيلية.We follow a strict data-minimization principle. Technical logs are kept only for as long as necessary to achieve the operational and security purposes described above, then deleted or anonymized on a regular basis. Your preference data (such as language and theme) is stored locally in your browser and is not sent to our servers unless operationally required.

4مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثةSharing data with third parties

لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجرها ولا نتبادلها لأغراض تجارية أو إعلانية. لتفعيل الخدمة قد تُمرَّر بعض الطلبات التقنية إلى مزوّدي خدمات تشغيل موثوقين (مثل معالجة النماذج أو البنية التحتية السحابية)، وذلك بالحد الأدنى اللازم لتوليد الرد وضمان عمل الخدمة. قد نضطر للإفصاح عند وجود التزام قانوني ملزم صادر عن جهة مختصة.We never sell, rent, or trade your data for commercial or advertising purposes. To operate the service, some technical requests may be routed to trusted operational providers (such as model processing or cloud infrastructure) — strictly to the minimum extent needed to generate a reply and keep the service running. Disclosure may occur only under a binding legal obligation from a competent authority.
